Hello and welcome to Clayton New Mexico. I hope that your visit will inform you of the services that we provide to our community. During my tenure in law enforcement, I have held the positions of Patrol Officer, Patrol Corporal, K-9 Narcotic Interdiction handler and Sergeant (Patrol and Administrative). Over the past few years there have been many changes within the department. Due to growth in the community along with the changing needs for professional law enforcement services. If not for the hard work and dedication of all staff members we would not be in the position we are in today. It is within my authority as Chief of Police to ensure that Clayton remains a safe and secure atmosphere for its residents.
